Yes, you'll be there awhile. I've been there 4 hours before for pretty basic nails. But they're good. They accommodate as many walk-ins as possible and don't rush through services. My nails always last a full 4 weeks with no chipping, lifting or any other issues.

I was the last customer and even though I had to wait about 30-40 minutes, when they got to me they still took the time to do my fill-in and pedicure right. Selene was SO gentle with my feet; she never hurt me, not once; and Cindy asked me questions to be sure she was giving me what I wanted in shaping my nails. They definitely treated me like a Queen.
